Board & Train

Our philosophy is that while your pup is with us, they should feel as though they are home. All boarding dogs come home with Jacqui each night and their stay is similar to how they would live at your own home. all boarding dogs are in kennels overnight and on the rare occasion there is no one home. otherwise they play in the large fenced in back yard or spacious living-room/kennel room area with their friends. there is a slew of toys to play with and beds to crash on. all dogs are allowed on the furiture and have access to open kennels if they need a break. ***temperarily boarding at the shop in dover. in home boarding will be available again soon***

The per night cost INCLUDES daycare and training at K9 to 5’s Dover indoor facility where they will get plenty of play time with appropriately sized/aged playmates, monitored by our experienced staff.   In the evenings and weekends, your dog will be at our private residence in Somersworth, NH (again temperarily will be at the shop in dover).  As your dog is treated as one of our family and we want to be assured your furbaby receives the best care possible, we do not allow more than 8 boarders in total, so early reservations are highly recommended. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of reservation, balance is due in full when your dog is dropped off at the start of his/her board.

Drop off and pick up from Dover or our home can be negotiated at time of reservation - we will work with you to make it as hassle-free as possible.

Board & Train is only available with Jacqui. Board & Train REQUIRES a prior evaluation with a free trial dayand fills up fast! Whether you want your dog to get some extra/continued training while you are away on vacation or want your dog to get a good base of behavior before you continue training at home, K9 to 5 has services to help! Each day a variety of preferred commands will be worked on. Every dog is different, not every dog will finish their training at the same level. The packages include a One hour session that will be scheduled with you after training is finished to go over the progress made. night by night includes the group class handouts. emailed videos will be sent to show how we are working with your pup as much as possible. Private lessons or group classes are highly recommended in addition to the board and train.

regular boarding

now available for any clients that qualify after doing day school/group or private lessons/board & train!! This includes playing with the other dogs during the day unlike other facilities that charge extra for daycare and enrichment. The cost is $65/night with no extra charge for pick ups later in the day

We have a 3 tier options for board & train:

• Tier 1 is one training session a day (typically 20-30 minutes) at $98/night

• Tier 2 is two sessions a day at $118 (1 new location every other day)

• Tier 3 is three sessions a day at $138/night (with a new location daily).
